Who is responsible?
Informatious BV, represented by Daniel Baccaert, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact form or call +32 473 87 32 30.
Your enquiry
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Your organisation is optional. These details are used to answer your enquiry and discuss a possible collaboration, not to subscribe you to marketing emails. Without the required fields, the form cannot deliver your enquiry.
For a request about our services, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For other correspondence, it is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Cookies and website preferences
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or visitor analytics scripts. Fonts and images are served with the website.
If you change the language, the first-party cookie “informatious-language” remembers your choice for your browser session. It contains only nl, en or fr. It is not used to identify you or follow you across websites. Your browser may restore session cookies when it restores a previous session; you can also delete them in your browser settings.
Only functionality you request and essential security features are used. There are no optional cookies to accept or reject, so no cookie consent banner is displayed. If optional tracking is introduced, it must remain off until you consent, with an equally accessible refusal and withdrawal option.
Hosting and spam protection
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information and requested page, is processed to deliver the website, investigate errors and prevent abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping this service available and secure.
Cloudflare Turnstile starts when you enter the contact form. It processes browser and network signals to distinguish people from bots. Cloudflare also uses these signals to improve its bot detection. Any challenge-related browser storage serves this security purpose. You can contact Daniel by phone if you prefer not to use the form.
Form delivery and service providers
Your message is sent to Formspree only when you submit the form. Formspree processes it for delivery to Informatious and validates the Turnstile verification. Enquiries may be held in Formspree and our business correspondence.
Cloudflare and Formspree operate internationally, including in the United States. Their privacy information explains processing locations and transfer protections. You can contact Daniel for information about the safeguards applying to your enquiry.
How long information is kept
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to answer your request, manage the resulting business relationship or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Where an enquiry becomes a contract, relevant contractual and statutory retention requirements apply. Retention is assessed using these purposes, rather than an indefinite marketing archive.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact Daniel through the form or by phone to exercise these rights.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority where you live or work. External links, including LinkedIn, open services with their own privacy policies; no social media feed is embedded here.
