Alongside the formal Product Owner, I work on roadmaps, priorities and scope. I translate business needs into solution directions and design API and integration architecture for CRM and digital platforms.

Alongside project management and business analysis, I worked on IT solution architecture for CRM, business applications and integrations. I mapped dependencies and connected Advertising, Finance and HR, supporting sales processes and the Dynamics 365 cloud migration.

At You-View.tv, I worked on project management, analysis and co-development of an online platform with educational videos and exercises for secondary school students. I also managed day-to-day IT and relationships with clients and IT partners. WeZooz Academy is now part of the Signpost group.
HIGHER EDUCATION
Business Analyst
For the Digital Open Science Platform, I analysed business, functional and technical needs and translated them into solutions with PowerApps, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure and Teams. I aligned stakeholders across universities of applied sciences and coordinated planning, configuration and validation through Azure DevOps.
CONSULTING & IT AUDIT

IT audits of operating systems and ERP and CRM systems, alongside data reconciliation. For the National Bank of Belgium, I carried out business, functional and technical analysis for a new identity and access management system.
